A clear, supportive way to begin.
The same admissions process for teens and adults. We listen first, verify your benefits, coordinate with your existing care team, and build a plan around your life.

Four steps. One supportive team.
We've built admissions to feel like a clinical conversation, not a sales call. Whether you're calling for a 13-year-old or a 35-year-old, the path looks the same — and we stay with you through every step.
1. Reach out
Call us or complete the contact form. A member of our clinical team responds within one business day to listen and answer your first questions.
2. Free 15-minute consultation
We talk through what's happening, what's been tried, and what you're hoping for — usually within the same week. There is no pressure to commit.
3. Comprehensive intake
If we look like a fit, we schedule a full clinical intake with our psychiatrist and lead clinician. We coordinate directly with any existing care team.
4. Personalized care plan
Together we build a coordinated specialty care plan around your life — school, work, family — and your insurance benefits, with full transparency.
"Within a week we had a plan we actually understood — and a team that already knew our daughter's story."
Pand Health family
Plain answers, on your timeline.
- Same-week consultation. Most families talk with a clinician within 3–5 business days of reaching out.
- Flexible programming. Coordinated specialty care is built around school, work, telehealth, and in-person — never a rigid block schedule.
- We supplement, never replace. Existing psychiatrists, therapists, and pediatricians stay involved. We add specialty expertise.
- HIPAA-compliant intake. Records, releases, and benefits verification are handled by our admissions coordinator.
- Family-inclusive. Behavioral family therapy and psychoeducation are part of the model from day one.
Not sure if what you're seeing is early psychosis?
Many families start with a confidential early assessment that helps you and your clinician flag early warning signs.
Confidential. A clinician responds within one business day.
Financial Assistance
Scholarships available for families in need.
Cost should never be the reason a young person goes without coordinated specialty care. Pand Health offers a limited number of need-based scholarships each year — ask our admissions team about eligibility during your consultation.
