Supported Education & Employment (SEE)
Our SEE curriculum integrates counseling, motivational interviewing, and skills training. At enrollment, only 6% were employed or in school. After 6 months, 85% were.
Composite Cognitive Performance
33rd → 50th percentile in 12 months
Through computer-assisted brain training paired with high-intensity fitness, patients improved from below the 35th percentile to roughly the 50th percentile of the general population over 12 months.
Dramatically Reduced Hospitalizations
From >50% to 6%, and 40 days to 7
FEP and schizophrenia patients often face high rehospitalization rates. Treatment in our OnTrack programs sharply decreased both the rate of hospitalization and the average length of stay compared with the months before admission.

BPRS Score
Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, ~25% improvement
Administered every two weeks, the BPRS showed roughly a 25% improvement over 9 months, a clinically significant decrease in overall psychopathology that paralleled improvements in cognitive and social functioning.
PANSS Total Score
Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, 19-point reduction
Considered the "gold standard" for rating schizophrenia symptom severity. Our patients showed a 19-point reduction after 9 months in program. Improvement was largely in negative and general pathology symptoms, highlighting the impact of psychosocial therapies over medication alone.
SANS Reduction
Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms, -40%
Negative symptoms (blunting, avolition, anhedonia) often respond poorly to medication. Our patients experienced a 40% reduction in SANS scores, underscoring the value of a treatment model that specifically targets these areas.
