Peer Support & Lived Experience

At Pand Health, peer support is not an add-on — it is an integral part of our Coordinated Specialty Care team. Our peer mentors bring firsthand experience of recovery from psychosis-spectrum conditions, offering hope, practical guidance, and genuine understanding that complements clinical care.

Lived experience mentors work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to help teens and young adults navigate daily challenges, build confidence, and stay engaged in treatment. By sharing their own recovery stories, peer mentors reduce stigma, foster trust, and show clients that a meaningful life after psychosis is possible.

Whether through one-on-one mentoring, group connection, or supported education and employment coaching, peer support helps bridge the gap between clinical intervention and real-world recovery.
