Our Approach: Coordinated Specialty Care
Standard psychiatric care — one clinician, monthly appointments, a prescription — is not enough for schizophrenia. The research is clear on this. The NIMH's landmark RAISE study, the largest randomized trial of schizophrenia care ever conducted, established that outcomes improve dramatically when multiple specialists work together under one shared treatment plan.
That model is called Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC), and it is the foundation of everything we do at Pand Health.

Practical support to help young people stay in school, return to classes, or build toward employment — because recovery means rebuilding a life, not just reducing symptoms.
5. Family Psychoeducation
Structured family therapy and education to help loved ones understand what schizophrenia is, how to support recovery at home, and how to protect their own wellbeing in the process.
6. Peer Support
Connection with trained peer specialists who have lived experience with psychosis — because hearing from someone who has been through it and rebuilt their life matters in ways that clinical care alone cannot replicate.

Teens (Ages 13–17)
In-person and telehealth outpatient care with weekly psychiatry, therapy, case management, and school coordination. Designed to keep teens in their home environment — not in a hospital — while receiving specialized, intensive support.
Young Adults (Ages 18–35)
Full-day outpatient programs offering 18+ hours per week of structured care, including cognitive therapies validated in NIMH peer-reviewed studies. Designed for young adults whose illness is affecting their ability to work, study, or function independently.
Families
Schizophrenia affects the whole family. We offer group and individual family therapy courses to strengthen communication, reduce distress at home, and equip families with the tools to support their loved one without burning out.
