Data is hope

We deliver data-backed care that leads to fewer hospitalizations, greater medication adherence, and meaningful returns to school, work, and life.

California OnTrack is based on the NAVIGATE Program developed with the support of the National Institute of Mental Health to provide early and effective treatment to individuals who have experienced a first episode of psychosis.

The California OnTrack clinical teams deliver best-in-class care for psychosis and schizophrenia spectrum disorders through methodologies that augment traditional Coordinated Specialty Care, the gold standard for early psychosis intervention.
