Founded in 2022 as part of Lucidity Behavioral Health, California OnTrack was established to deliver best-in-class care for psychosis and schizophrenia through methodologies that augment traditional Coordinated Specialty Care, the gold standard for early psychosis intervention.
With the success of its unique Coordinated Specialty Care+™ model, California OnTrack's outcome-driven program for adolescents is partially funded by the State of California through its Early Psychosis Intervention Plus initiative. The company participates in the California Early Psychosis Training and Technical Assistance Center, solidifying California OnTrack's leading role in advancing EPI and mental health care in the state.
While California OnTrack is one of only a few early psychosis clinical treatment programs, Pand Health is now positioned to scale the program's successes into a broader movement.

Pand Health goes beyond individual psychiatry to redefine the broader landscape of mental illness, integrating research, innovation, education, and advocacy.
